Menu items, prices and availability can change without notice. The price you see at checkout, including taxes, service charge and delivery fee, is the price you pay.
An order is confirmed when the branch accepts it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable, and we will tell you and refund any payment.
3. Payments
You can pay online with bKash, Nagad or a card through SSLCommerz, or pay cash on delivery in covered areas. Online payments are processed by those providers under their own terms. You agree to use only payment methods that belong to you.
4. Delivery and collection
Delivery areas, fees, minimum orders and estimated times are shown for each branch and at checkout. Times are estimates. Please read our delivery information for details.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Orders can be cancelled before the kitchen accepts them. Our refund and cancellation policy explains what happens after that and how refunds are paid.
6. Your account and verification codes
We verify your mobile number with a one-time code. Keep your codes and sign-in private. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you must tell us if you think someone else is using it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no fake or abusive orders, no attempts to break or overload the service, no automated scraping, and no use of the site for anything unlawful. We may block access when these rules are broken.

The text, photos, videos, logos and design of this website belong to DT Restora or its licensors. You may view them for your own use, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission. Dish photos are illustrations and real servings can vary slightly.
